SubmitReady — Assignment Submission Checker

Never submit the wrong assignment file again.

SubmitReady is a private, offline assignment submission checker for Windows. Paste the instructions from Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, email, or a course page, add your files, and review everything before uploading.

What it checks:

• Required files and missing attachments
• PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, and image formats
• Per-file and combined size limits
• Filename rules using your name or student ID
• Empty, unreadable, and duplicate files
• ZIP archive requirements

What it can prepare:

• Renamed copies in a clean output folder
• Word-to-PDF copies when Microsoft Word is installed
• Compressed image copies when a clear size limit is provided
• A checked ZIP archive and a local check report

Your files stay on your computer. SubmitReady does not require an account, upload files, use analytics, or write assignment content. Original files are never changed.

The current version uses local rules instead of a paid AI service. Complex instructions may need manual correction, so always compare the final result with the original assignment page.

How to use:

1. Download and extract the ZIP.
2. Keep the _internal folder beside SubmitMate.exe.
3. Double-click SubmitMate.exe.
4. Paste the complete assignment instructions.
5. Add your files, resolve any red issues, and prepare the final result.

Windows may display a SmartScreen warning because this early build is not code-signed. Choose “More info” and “Run anyway” only if you downloaded it from this official itch.io page.
